Downtown River Scene….

Early this morning Maisie and I were able to walk along the river paths to the downtown Riverside Park. The section of concreted paths leading to this area had been closed off to the public for several weeks to enable them to be made wider. We passed a group of runners/walkers meeting up to prepare for the recommencement of their regular Saturday morning run. This evening Duncan and I drove to the airport to pick up daughter Margaret from Wellington.
