Filet Mignon
Filet mignon, sautéed radishes, and broccoli. Wine: Johndrow Forum Confidential Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2006.
The steak was wonderful (very tender, and a perfect medium rare). This is the first time I've done radishes this way (sautéed in butter and finished with a squeeze of lemon), and they turned out well. The wine is a but past peak, but it is still nice.
