Tux (not) in the sun

Last Friday we had an 'ISO 27001 Forum' meeting at work. I can't remember why - maybe it was a policy we were reviewing - but the subject of the clear desk policy came up. This is always a source of acute embarrassment to me; everyone observes this except me and I am right at the other end of the spectrum.

So, I decided to sort this out and, bank holiday or no, I went into the office today and sorted it. It took five hours! Although, to be honest, I reckon about two hours of that was taken up with texting people and other activities that I found to distract myself. (I got loads of German done.)

Whilst I put a load of stuff in the pile for the shredding company to deal with, I also found quite a lot of things relating to the kids: birthday cards, notes, etc. One of those is in my extra, today. I guess I had Abi in the office and gave her some old compliments slips to draw on.

So, she's written our (then new) tagline on one of the slips, which is cute, but then, down to the right, in yellow pencil, she's written "For goodness sake", which shows she hasn't changed *that* much over the years :-)

Arriving back at the house later on, I wondered where Tux was, as he's often to be found at the top of the drive when we aren't home. It turns out the sun was a bit too much for him, and this is where I found him, tucked away in the shade.
