There’s still a ways to go before surgery and today’s step was a PET CT scan where they inject radioactive sugar inside to see if there’s cancer anywhere else, lurking.

The lovely technician said that I should avoid small children and pregnant women for the next 24 hours. I asked if I would glow in the dark? Jokingly, he said yes. When I asked what colour, he said “whatever is your favourite colour”. What a lovely guy!
