Coffee and Cake

Out with a new cycling group this morning on a ride from Aylsham to the coast at Overstand (near Cromer).  The roads were quiet but the cafe was packed in the bright sunshine.  Many cycling groups plan routes to include a coffee and cake stop and this one was no exception! Being half term there were many families enjoying the sunshine, although a quick look over the cliffs nearby revealed the tide was in so there was little beach to be seen which is why they were all in the cafe!.
