The Way Home

A bit of a boring day at the office. The husband and I did break up the monotony over lunch. We went to Goodwill and I came out with a major haul for under $15. I found a box set of records, Don Gionini and Bach's piano concertos. I also walked out with another single LP of Italian classical music and a good sized stack of 78s. A few of those 78s are dogs as I am not much into the Hammond organ. Some of the others are waltzes, polkas and round dances (think square dancing).

I have a busy weekend ahead of me, recording albums to mp3s. Not to mention I need to take our oldest son out somewhere and get his photo taken for the yearbook. Why parents have to take the photos is beyond me. We aren't allowed to use the photos we paid to have done professionally. I find that extremely odd.

I also managed to buy an old 50s 135mm camera from a friend of mine. I have 14 rolls of black and white just crying out to be shot, not to mention the rolls of 120 chrome I have for my Voightländer. I keep hoping that spring will get here soon.
