Smokin'

After our second consecutive full day of Photoshop, I thought a bit of fun after dinner and photographed and created our smokin' pepper. Two pics, one of the pepper, lit by bouncing a studio flash off the ceiling. The other of the smoke from an incense stick (vanilla, so it didn't smell too bad) side/backlit by flash as well. Whilst the pepper could have been photographed by continuous light, flash does help with the smoke shot as it allows pretty good depth of field with the fast duration of the flash.
