Flower Power

A day of finishing off diy tasks before focusing on a weekend away. Tomorrow we are returning to the Lakes for a weekend of Orienteering. Both days are based near Finsthwaite near Newby Bridge and will be the biggest events since the first lockdown. The weather seems to be set fair so we are looking forward to the trip.
 
Another local walk today by the railway. We met a gentleman trying to locate an address. He was a volunteer booked to take someone to their appointment tomorrow and was checking where they lived. Fortunately I had my phone and could check - he seemed rather surprised it was relatively easy. Had he in fact told me their name I could have directed him to the pottery we had just passed. This flower was just by the railway.
