Blue Skies Over da Airport

It's been a lovely sunny day and evening.  Mist hanging over the hills tonight.  It's been warm, and windy at times. 

A really busy day in the airport.  My first job was to book up two chartered flights with passengers, and then went on to a da of online training.  Walkies with Sammy after work, and then headed to the shop for my evening shift.  More walkies with Sammy, and then feet up.  A new Covid-19 case in Shetland today, linked with travel.  

A perfect day of weather for a busy day in the airport.  60 passengers and also two helicopters had gone out before I arrived at 8.30am, along with a day of domestic flights, more helicopters and more chartered flights.  Most staff were saying this past week has been the busiest in over a year, almost like a full functioning airport again.  Looking down on the airport on my lunch break, with one plane at taxi, and another coming into land.  Taken from Compass Head, Sumburgh.
