Another peek at the buttercups

Today was a shopping day in Cheltenham. I was able to get my hair cut for the first time by a professional in 15 months!!!! I was also able to replace my casual shoes which were literally falling a part. 

Lots of debate going on within our photo society about the judging of images. Great points of view but interesting to consider the aim and objectives of the competitions. You kind of wonder if we forget that, in my opinion, photography is an art and not a science. But an emphasis on the technical merits combined with the level of post production do we miss the sheer joy created by looking at a good image at its face value.

I’m afraid its another Buttercup day and the view taken through a couple of trees.
