Organ Pipes

This rock formation is in Mt Kaputar National Park near Narrabri NSW. Geologically, this type of feature is called ‘columnar basalt’. The local name is Sawn Rocks. Elsewhere, the term ‘organ pipes’ is commonly used, which seems appropriate in this case.
