Sun & heat

Another beautiful day.
Unfortunately there was lots of work to be done indoors via technology. I have struggled all year with working from home in this way but try to remind myself of the unexpected blessings: lunch with my daughter in the garden and regular cuddles and walks with my two lads (my dogs), with the cat following behind too!
As soon as I had done, laptop was shut and daughter & I headed to the gym. We had yoga, spinning and a swim planned. The yoga instructor, however, wasn't there and the gym had forgotten to book a cover, so we were given free coffee instead. A chat over coffee in the cafe area was lovely and the spinning and swim, jacuzzi etc was plenty activity!
