Pop

Not the same one as yesterday, but I thought I continue the poppy theme. Been watching the progress on all the different stages of popping poppies, the colours are amazing.
This variety is called ‘Flanders Poppy’ the native European poppy that became famous after the WWI poem ‘Flanders fields’, inspired by the poignant emergence of fields of blood red poppies on the battle fields of Europe, signifying the blood of the fallen soldiers.
