Bass Rock, North Berwick

Felt like a normal day out. Actually struggling to remember when we all had our last day out together!

First stop Yellowcraig beach for a picnic lunch and a walk along a rather blustery stretch of sand - typical Scottish beach wear of shorts, sandals and a padded jacket!!! Our friends' new puppy loved chasing after WP, but just doesn't have the speed ...yet!

Next stop, North Berwick for ice cream followed by a traditional fish supper at Gullane bents to finish off the day in the beautiful, warm evening sunshine.

Great day - and not even minding the fact there's sand in the car!
