Kiftsgate with Stiffknees

Blipper Stiffknees and I visited Kiftsgate gardens today and had a lovely afternoon wandering around and taking photos in 24 degree temperatures. It wasn't too busy and there was a one way route which we followed most of the time, though our enthusiasm for the plants took us off course a couple of times. 
My main blip is the view from the terrace looking back up the escarpment. In extras a bee on a flower, some alliums and a peony that is way past its best but still interesting.
