Tide's out

No 1 son left for his journey south after a hearty cooked breakfast.  He took with him a Higginson's pork pie and sausage roll for the journey.  It was sad to see him go after a few lovely days together.

Spent the rest of the morning getting straight after his visit.  We then walked onto the salt marsh and I liked this view towards Arnside.
