Mother's Day memories...
After two days in the conservatory, the Mother's Day flowers sent by my eldest son are looking their best today. What a cheery, sunny contrast they are to the bitterly cold weather on the other side of the glass.
T is in his thirties now, working hard in London and with a family of his own but I will always remember the Mother's Days when he and his younger brother were boys and would bring me breakfast in bed - my precious china jingling on the tray as the lads came up the stairs! Happy days...
For the record: Bitterly cold, 3C max
