A legend

This is the British father of fitness and bodybuilding, Oscar Heidenstam. He was still active every weekend as an MC and event producer, right up till the day he died. He had a stroke at age 80 while he was walking to his office. 

Paladian and I had the great pleasure to share lunch with him in London, 3 months before he passed away. He was a great mentor of my cameraman career, and also a great friend.
