BLACK SWANS

I suppose they are (black) but they do have a lot of white in their primary flight feathers  Swans were the target bird today and I was pleased this pair took off quite near me.  Sitting quietly and waiting - I find birds do things they don't do when one walks about. suits me I love sitting around I think a walking profile bothers the birds. The challenge today for "'Wide Wednesday" is colourful - well I don't know what you think but I think black swans are colourful beyond their name
