Wasps nest?

Noticed this in my shed today and I swear it wasn’t there a few days ago! Small and perfectly formed. You do have to admire the little critters. I’m guessing it’s a wasp nest or maybe a solitary bee. Didn’t notice anyone coming or going. Will leave it be and admire the perfection. Not hurting me.
