Nearly There

Our favourite coffee shop is almost fully open, the current take away menu, collect at the door, does not include our favourite New York Deli Roll which we normally split between us. Today I settled for a raspberry tart with my ‘one & one’ coffee and a seat at the St Nazaire Memorial on the pier to enjoy them in the sun.
No rowing today, not enough people to make up a crew, instead I wandered down town to do the shopping, I briefly contemplated a ‘brunch’ but in the end couldn’t be bothered.
Lots of excitement in the afternoon as I watched live rugby on TV, my team, Harlequins, are through to the play offs.
All in all a good day.
