No Mow May

We’ve managed to avoid mowing the lawn for ‘No Mow May’ mostly because of all the rain we’ve had which made it impossible to get the mower out. We now have a meadow of long grass, daisies and buttercups which looks lovely but is a bit of a minefield when you’re putting the washing out and trying to avoid anywhere the dogs might have been.
We started on Poppy’s room today, moved her into the spare room and starting preparing the room for painting. I’ve done a bit of schoolwork but still not started report writing.
