Colour......

.....explosion!  Just a salad I put together for lunch today.  We bought the dark red lettuce in Williton on Saturday and then I found that it had been grown hydroponically and still had it's roots.  I've put them in water, as instructed, and it's happily sitting in the fridge.  Should last a good few days and it has flavour....joy of joys!
