1st of walks

started today.We met up as usual at the Library which is now  open.
we stood around for an hour before setting of  filling the necessary forms in.The weather was good but a bit misty at sea..Quite a few  families were sitting on the beach.
I was feeling a bit iffy when we reached Tynemouth  so when another lady was going for the Metro home I went with her..
I'm not sure I would have made it to the Fish quay.
I'm out of practice :(
