Paper Bird

I had the opportunity to shoot a local band while they were in the recording studio and this one I cannot get enough of. First of all these girls (3 in all) have voices I thought no longer existed and their talent extends far beyond just singing. I felt like I was in a whirlwind of creativity...there was the singing, the playing, the sound recoding- which is in itself an art- and little old me taking pictures.
I encountered s similar problem with my lighting and have pretty much proved to myself I need learn a lot more. With that bouncing around inside, I managed to push out a few shots likes this one. About 200 were taken and about 20 of them came out. I guess that's the way it works.
