Barbecue with friends

Was invited to some friends to share a barbecue in their garden. They are in the middle of having their kitchen remodelled and it looks good already but will look fabulous when finished! Jane had bought lamb and mint burgers and pork sausages with marmalade. Both were very delicious and the wine was lush, and it all came after we had polished off a bottle of champagne between the three of us with nibbles! Thankfully the sun is now shining and it is warm out! Walked home from town having got the bus from their place! Bank holiday buses are few and far between! Feel very spoilt and hope to sleep well!
