A good read

Early walk for the hound in the cool of the morning. And as it was sunny and peaceful soaked up some vitamin D while reading.  I gave up on Italo Svevo's A Life as it was repetitive and really not a good read. By comparison Hamnet by Maggie O'Farrell had me hooked from the start. 
So apart from cook cheese and leek omelette with asparagus for dinner, the day has been pleasantly quiet.
