Too pretty to chop off ....

My mum used to say you should chop off chive flowers to encourage more (tasty) leaves. It just seems such a shame to do that ... the flowers are so pretty inshape and colour.

It has been a fabulous day today. As a result, the pots are really thirsty tonight! The oregano had flopped right over in a dramatic gesture. I've given them all a good soaking so am hoping all will be well.
