#MonoMonday - Silent Letter

My coriander looks like it is about to flower so I harvested it and chopped it up to put in the freezer. The word 'herb' is pronounced with and without the 'H'. In the US it is usually pronounced 'erb' and in England it is pronounced with the 'H'. In Australia I have heard both but mostly 'herb'.
