Jings! A hot sunny Bank Holiday Monday! Almost unheard of!

Monday night is omelette night in this household and ever more shall be so. I made myself some lentil pasta with red peppers, green beans, asparagus, red pesto and some Violife Greek 'cheese'. Mum thought it looked rather nice but she did enjoy the omelette Dad made for her :-)

On my walk in the woods today I found a very old man lying in a ditch on his back like a beetle, unable to get back up. Seemingly no bones broken or damage done so I helped him up, retrieved his hat and stick and he went on his way...
