Absolutely fabulous start to the day with a swim in the river. My first swim since New Year’s Eve just in a swimsuit - was such a lovely change to be in the river rather than the sea. All the birds and flowers and pretty insects also a lot higher poo concentration but we ignore that. The sun came out just as we got back to the car but it didn’t detract from the loveliness.

Then a slap up breakfast and home through the bh traffic. Worthing has turned into a summer holiday destination in our absence, the beach was packed. Watched James Acaster stand up show with Will, was v good and watered the garden. Was getting hugely irritated by the slow stream of water flow and then noticed a little dial. Never ever noticed it before but it whacked up the pressure a proper treat. Am well happy with everything.
