rejection post

I've ben off work for a week now with another to go. Its been a bit weird looking back I can see the state I was in a week ago and how much I needed the time off, feeling a lot more in control now and though I'm not in any rush to get to work I'm not panicking anymore. It is weird the tricks your mind can play on you.
