MonoMonday: "Contains a Silent Letter"

Laurie54 has come up with some great ideas for May's MM challenges. This week she wants us to blip something which "contains a silent letter".

So here's a Pneumatic bike tyre, complete with pump (not to mention the inevitable mud in the tread).
