Think birthday celebrations are happening

There was a strange noise when I sent Jimmy into the garden this morning and he wasn't keen on staying outside. I headed upstairs to look out of the bedroom window and saw this bumper castle being inflated in a neighbour's garden. They have two young children and the older one is a little princess as there were also pink balloons appearing I assumed it was her birthday.
