Garden Trials

My BiL reckons he hasn't had a good year for growing so far, yet I was invited to take my pick of plants including tomatoes, cucumbers and bedding plants ... in fact I sure some more trays snuck into the boot of my car while I wasn't looking!

Anyway, while I was there I took the opportunity to borrow his long 100-300mm lens as I am considering upgrading mine, and tested it out on the wonderful array of flowers in their garden.

It's a lovely lens and not too heavy on MFT camera, but I'm used to a closer focussing distance - my current 45-200mm lens focusses at around 1m compared to 1.5m, so I'm still thinking!
