Sausages

Apple-Gouda pork sausages, and sauerkraut.

The sausages were bought, and the sauerkraut is homemade. I've gotten into fermentation within the past couple years, and sauerkraut alone justifies the hobby... it is so much better than the already delicious store-bought stuff.
