In Monterey

We arrived safely in Monterey at about 1:30 am and in third place. We sent young Amanda to collect our award while we watched from the rooftop deck of the Monterey yacht club - she’s not good at mugging for the camera, but you might recognize her hair from an earlier blip. (Extra)
We watched this crew member polishing the rigging on one of the big boats - you don’t want to get the sails dirty, after all!
The wind looks light and contrary for the next couple of days - we might never make it to Santa Barbara, fingers crossed.
