Tentative Steps

Wow!  What an absolutely beautiful day!  I hope you had some sun as well.

Went to see my friends Anne and Richard.  Had a fantastic 4 mile walk through beautiful ancient woodlands before taking some tentative steps to normality.  Had lunch in a marquee in the High Street, Monmouth.  I felt safe, I don't think I would have been so confident to do anything indoors.  The sight of loads of people in the High Street though was quite daunting.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  The friendship of Anne and Richard and Xen the dog
2.  A fantastic walk
3.  Some tentative steps to normality
