Visiting Lucy’s Garden

Often a destination point for locals and visitors to the island, her beautiful garden is a must. Today was a special one, once a year she raises funds for Isle of Mull Riding for Disabled, we pay a £5.00 entrance fee, have a cup of something with cake, wander around and buy plants. The day was stunning, perhaps not to her advantage, many folk would probably head to the beach, although as we left others arrived, it was buzzing.

As always a team of helpers filed through the gate, each carrying boxes of home baking, the Eccles cake was very good.
