No Mow May

Well, I'd like to thank the instigators of No Mow May for giving us an excuse to be lazy in the garden. However, wet weather and no mowing has also meant I haven't been tempted to do weeding either.

I'm not proud of how high the grass is standing through the London Pride in the lodge's alpine scree!

Ah well, the lodge cleaning then pre-mini break house tiding and packing was enough activity for me today! We will see about the lawns later in the week, when it won't be May, and we will be rested ready for a change of busy activity!
