Pretty Chilly

In fact it was very chilly even in our normally well favoured and mild corner of West Devon. The wind has been as bitter as I can remember although we have had virtually no snow. These icicles had formed on the edge of the railway line in the Plym valley and some of them had encased new, green growth as plants try to make a spring start.
