First Columbine

This is Friday's blip, backblipped on Saturday.  I hope to get Saturday's blip posted after dinner so I can be caught up again!

I think this is an unusual color for Columbines so I thought it deserved to be blipped.  So far there are two other color combinations in the garden.  They are all late, as are my roses.  I finally saw some buds on them today.  Many thanks to BikerBear for continuing to host Flower Fridays!

We went to our nephew's to pick up our trailer this afternoon (Friday).  As always, I am grateful for his help with checking to make sure everything is working properly.  He said we need new tires even though ours look fine.  Trailer tires need to be replaced about every 5 years and ours have a date of 2015 on them.  Perfectly timed, his son who works at a tire company showed up.  He's going to order tires for us at his cost and we are also grateful for that!  We're hoping to have everything done and be ready to take off in a few weeks.  We're still not sure where, but we're definitely going somewhere! :-))
