Light and Dark

Stan and I had a walk through Standish Woods, where it was rather gloomy under the thick green canopy, apart from this shaft of light.

After a lovely, calming walk in the woods, I took Freya back to London.  Which was quite, quite the opposite.  Although we met Amy and Oliver and had lunch at the Bike Shed Motorcycle Club.

Freya has been at home all week, recovering from having sepsis last weekend.  It has been a stressful week!
