Cold, colder, coldest

It started snowing late yesterday afternoon. Must have gone off for a teabreak during the night and then picked up where it left off in the early hours and carried on until about 3pm.

Joy.

Even the children are fed up with it now, the only 'person' happy with the white stuff is Logan, he can't get enough of it, rolling in it, eating it, lying in it, the only thing he doesn't do is try to chase the snowflakes, but that's no surprise, this retriever only chases food.

The snow and the sub zero temps came as no surpise, all the weather apps had been forecasting the change since the middle of last week, so quite why the gritters and snowploughs were absent I don't know, in our area of NRW there were 360km of traffic jams on the autobahns this morning, so glad I only had to drive over the river & back!
