A lovely day with the Mrs. Above is Michelin star level udon (it got a hat). As simple as it is, the subtle flavours and intricacies are there. I’ve so much udon in the past but this easily takes the cake as the best I’ve had.

I think of all the great places where the food hit me with joy in the past. I can remember the flavours very vividly. I also try hard to remember the average, it never comes to mind, only the places but not the taste.
