Uncle Sam and his double.

Mr W and Lady Linda met Baby Matty today. The traffic was shocking being a bank holiday so took us hours to get there.

Mr W doted over his step-grandson which was lovely to see. They then left to take Bella for a walk and DN1 and Spencer had a kip while I had a cuddle.

I then pretended it was Mr W returning from their walk but infact it was Sam who arrived at the front door as a surprise - all the way from Cornwall!!! DN1 - still full of hormones - burst into tears in the arms of her little brother!!!

Sam is not a baby fan. He's a bit scared of them. But as you can see here - he was thrilled at his little double. He wanted to hold him immediately and sat staring lovingly at him for quite some time - until Matty filled his nappy that Sam could feel on his arm!!!

Sam and I stayed a bit longer before we headed home - rejoining the Bank Holiday traffic - but home to dinner prepared by Lady Linda who decided to stay the night.

Seems we have quite a house full tonight!! Bella just doesn't know who's lap to sit on!!
