Narcissus

One of many that we found on the hillside above Montreux.

A road closure meant that we couldn’t do what we had planned but it all turned out well in the end. Took the incredibly steep funicular (see extra) from Territet to Glion where we had a wonderful lunch overlooking the lake before setting off to find the narcissus. Eventually, we found some although most of the them looked tatty following the rain. My friend’s dog found a rather large pile of cow manure to roll in as we passed a farm.....you can imagine the smell. The final extra shows the stream in the top part of the Chauderon Gorge.

This is a back blip as we had our second vaccine as by the evening we were already feeling very rough.
