butterflies on oregano flowers

The oregano clumps in the garden are flowering and attracting masses of orange butterflies - they rise up in a cloud every time you approach. Saffron spends many an hour sitting underneath waiting to pounce but so far hasn't made much inroads into the population.
I think this one may be a Small Heath or Gatekeeper perhaps?
