Radish

The net worked and since pigeons can't get them, my salad vegetables have started to grow - especially the radishes. I will pick them at the weekend before the slugs get them.

I woke very early today, so went up to the allotment before work.

Work was a little more productive, but no less stressed. I finished at 5, so earlier than the rest of the week which was a plus. Mollie made the pizza dough, while Jon and Henry tried but failed to get mums new TV working. The aerial in the bedroom, we have decided, isn't working so there must be a fault in it somewhere. It is one that dad has run from the TV downstairs, out of the window and up the wall outside, then coming in the bedroom window.. It's been there 24 years so probably needs replacing more robustly. The TV in the lounge is fine, so it isn't too serious, just annoying. So my evening has gone and I haven't actually done anything. More to add to my weekend list.
