...and so, after 15 months, I’ve had an actual work-related meeting, in the building I used to work in before I unexpectedly started working from home! It only lasted about 10 minutes but it was a tentative first step back towards... who knows?

One of the things I’m working on at the moment is a survey to measure the impact that Covid-19 has had on people’s mental health. We’re wanting to hear not just from people who’ve had Covid, or who are experiencing Long Covid, but from everyone... key workers, home workers, home schoolers, carers, self-employed people, furloughed people, people who’ve shielded, people who were in touch with mental health support services prior to March 2020, people who’ve tried to access support since then, people of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, races, creeds and colours, people with disabilities. You know - people!

We’re making a little promo film to encourage local folks to participate and some of our volunteers are helping out by starring in it. Elizabeth is one such star! It was great to see her in person again after so many months of Zooming. Thanks so much to her and all our other volunteers for all they do!
